Experience amount (in General)

It's not a big deal, but now that everything on the train page is 12 exp, why not just divide exp by 12 across the board and have training cost 1? Just changing the exp like this wouldn't change mpr, so it's not a scary rescale...

I just had ~600,000 (637,491, I think) exp and I was trying to estimate how much HP I would get out of it. The calculation was simple enough to do in my head, but it made me wonder why it isn't just 1 now.

All of the new skill purchases already divide by twelve (That I checked, at least).

The only reason I can think of is for variance in rewards - You can get 1/12th of a stat increase as a part of a reward, while if it were divided as I'm asking, a fight reward would be 80 stat points instead of 80.08333 (Thats 961 exp, by the way...)

I understand why it would have been better to be this way when the exp cost of stats increased with the stat, but Its much easier to just get a win and say, "Yay! That win gave me 70 HP!", rather than, "Woo... 840 Exp!"

Also, any exp lost by rounding down would be balanced by round up, so no whining that you would lose exp.

The problem would be that XP gained per fight would be less limited amount wise.

Right now, it is possible at low levels to win a fight, but gain less than 12 XP.
