I just wanted to know if anyone here knew anything about Neural Networks and where to find optical pattern recognition systems on the net. Please give me related site addresses.
Wikipedia is a good start

Wikipedia is never a good start for anything, including reliable sources.

You never know until you look do ya. In this case it has links to some of the neural network research labs and programs.

Well, I'm in evolutionary computation, and WCCI has both CEC and IJCNN side by side, so somehow I'm very close to that field... and I haven't really studied it.
From what I hear, it's mostly a feeding loop of nodes called "neurons".

Already sterted on that but just wanted to know if anyone in CB was associated with Neural Network research?
Also want to know if research papaers are available online?

We are not allowed to use wikipedia for research papers at our campus.

Try Transactions of the IJCNN from IEEE, yearly conference and from what I hear the largest of its kind. Dunno about journals.
