with the new rate, 2.3m MPR doesn't seem at all unreasonable. maybe as high as 2.5m

6/20 is well within reach now. Woot for the new bonus :). I was getting 5.7k exp per battle on two minions.

You can strip down further. Take off the AoF and see if you can beat your list. The only problem you'll have is 1) you need to save up money for more minions, 2) you need a good tattoo to be competitive, RoE is not gonna cut it.

At least you are coming out of nub in the 6/20 zone. No need to worry about negative CB and can load up as much expensive gear as you want.

lets pick that apart, 1) why does he need more minions? where does it say he has to have 4 minions, Failure, Conundrum, igot noname, Soxjr, and Nocturnal Spaghetti all seem to do rather well with less than 4 minions. 2) Nightstrike does rather well with just an RoE

A little piece of trivia:
Yesterday at the start of whacky time and with no untrained XP on my own char I was 112k MPR behind where I am now (a mere 21hrs later).

With the bonus being realigned to take N*B characters to where they "should have been" before the recent changelog, LA could easily break 3m MPR imo - providing he uses USD to continue purchasing BA.

if LA's goal is to beat ranger and become the top player, he needs as much absolute PR as possible. Minion hiring is essential sometime in his playing career to close the gap quickly to the top, ie more mpr. We all know there is no love for single minion from Jon, so not hiring minion will not make you competitive at this game. Not using a tattoo is like throwing away 1mil mpr at least. NS is doing well without an RoE, depending on your definition of well. He's got 2.6mil mpr and probably a big tattoo somewhere. I imagine he is just trying to shrink the mpr gap but it will be a long road before he gets top 5. Take a look at Draco's character. He is top 3 precisely because he uses a large tattoo, not to mention a solid strategy to get to the top rank. I can't see him doing the same without the RoBF.

Lets play a game... I call it... Nerf the Robf so I can beat Edy again ^_^ Before I switched to Robf I was doing quite well for myself... I will say there is currently one or two people that I would not beat without my Robf but I have also spent time adjusting my strat for when the Robf/Evasion gets nerfed. I should be able to handle either of those being nerfed and I should be able to stay high on the ladder either way.
