750k every Sunday (not including today),
8.2M (not including downpayment) by 11th of May.
If I don't receive a payment I will add 75k everday the payment is overdue, onto the final tab, due by the last payment. If every payment is made on time I will drop the final payment, making 7.7M due at the end.
