I have just acquired a ToE around 600k level (slightly over, actually.) Currently, it is much higher than my max tat level, and I will not be needing it for at least a couple months.
If this ToE would benefit your strategy, and your MTL is higher than 608k, I'll let you borrow it for free so long as you are leveling it. I figure this is a fair trade, as I am effectively giving you free extra damage protection for up to 3 months in exchange for levels. Active fighters who don't miss much BA are preferred. NUB/NCB bonuses that would help "power level" it a bit will also take priority, though they are not required. CM me, please.
