hehe, this'll make all you comrades at CB2 cringe:
a site that i've discovered only a few days ago [through those ubiquitous voting site ads] www.gpro.se, a Swedish site dealing with F1 GP simulation. Here's a cut and paste from their "make a donation" text:
The sum you donate will be uploaded to your account as supporter credits. After each race as supporter your credits will decrease by 0.40 タ and when the credits reach zero you will have to upload new credits to your account. So to be a supporter for one whole season you will have to donate 6.80 タ.
Just wondering, what'd happen over here if such a system were implemented ;)

btw, those jumbled characters after the numerals stand for Euro, so it should be 6.80 Euros for a season, and 0.40 Euro per race.

if such a system were implemented here, then i would no longer be a supporter after my current supporter credits ran out. bet.

It would cost me $10.20 to play CB a season.

There are 2 races a week, so a full season of 17 races [and your 6.80 Euros, about 10 USD] should last for 2 months. Charming!

I would likewise let my supportership expire.
can we add this to the FORS list? lol

If such a system were to be implemented, then everyone would have to pay the full price for new supporter items versus the reduced priced if you're already a supporter. And yes, I would let my supportership expire and never renew.
