On every Monday, you should be allowed to stay home and do nothing and earn extra money and gain more work experience than the senior staff for those hours spent doing nothing.

My work week is Tuesday to Saturday, Its still a 5 day week :(. But at least Monday feels like Sunday :).

See, this is why nocturnal living is great. When everyone else is trudging into work on a Monday morning, I'm laughing and leaving for home. It's one the best feelings a job has ever afforded me.
