Is it Possible.... (in Off-topic)

This thought just occurred to me...and i am sure no one would do it...

But hypothetically would it be possible for someone to sell a dagger on the AH for like...say 2-3m

and then say "selling a AOF click this link to see in AH"

but...have the link, directed to the Dagger and activate the buy now...(i cant remember if there is a second screen for buy now... i don't do that often)


and if so a way for them to get past that!?

Plus, the Person selling te item Via auctions cant see the Buy Now link to even be able to see what the link is? Of course there would be ways of getting this i would assume. i.e. someone else sending them the link.

The link for buy now is a script, so you can't just copy paste the link into a thread. You'd have to dig into the Javascript code to get it out, and it Probably wouldn't actually work like that. I don't think it's actually possible to link directly to the BIN.

I can see a reset or even a possible ban for scamming.
