I have about 2m cbd available. a 16m elb going to sell later and a 42m NW tat TOE (I might sell the new one I train on NCB when I can replace it with my TOE).
pretty much a full wall armor set with about 1m to upgrade per point.
Question is:
I have a 2m enforcer and 7m BONE. roughly how high my NCB MPR need to be before the WA would cover most of the NW on my weapons and amor?

You can throw all your armor on from the beginning, or sort out which help the most. Armor doesn't have much of an effect.
There is an equation around for WA that you could use reversely, but I don't know where it hides (maybe in WA of Wiki).
btw: is it advisable to save up 1600 BA and spent them all on xp time on the first day of NCB?
you'll have to have someone xfer you an NCB I think in order to pull off the 1600 saved BA

No, he can save up the BA before creating the NCB char.

According to a changelog from January 2007 it should be possible to store 1600 ba (which is the ba cap) and start an NCB of your own or have one transferred to you. It's a change I wasn't aware of; I knew about transferring an NCB, but I thought starting your own wiped stored ba. Doesn't appear to be the case any longer.
can someone get 161 BA and test it out for me? thanks a lot.
be good if u could pay a player to save up 1600 ba create an ncb in exp bonus time spend the ba then transfer it to u to spend a further 1600ba. u would just have to advise the other person what strat u want
that just seems like buying BA off another player, it ought to be illegal, right?
