Help BluBBen with his strat! (in General)

Hello CB! I need your help with some strat thinking, I don't want to use a FB strat forever as I find it quite boring.
Therefore I would like to get your opinion on what I could do with my current NCB and equipment. My max tattoo level is only 1,7mill, so using the tattoo right now is not an option but I will grow into it over time.
So if you got advices for a tattoo based strat, please write it here to! But I prefer RoE strats.
Another thing is that I would like to use my weapons, so strats involving them are what I'm searching for the most. You can of curse give me mage advices to.

I forgot one item, add this "A Helm of Durin [9] (+20)" to wall gear.

alright, big char:
light tank: all the weapons, the RoE, EB, TG, HoC, AoI and Kite(if you can get MS, go for it)
as for training hp/dx/... I suggest the usual, 1/3rd hp, 1/3rd dx, 1/3rd str and you might like some vampirism to go with that MH.

small char:
decay is a good idea, but this one is not going to survive ranged rounds, so if you really want a DD, go for MM or FB...I suggest making this an enchanter with base protection, DM and AMF.
