Help!
I shot several clips of me asking a question for a symposium panel discussion yesterday. I have the DVD with the videos, but am unable to get files off of the video for submission. I need something like a .avi file.
How do I do this?
pm veri about this, he is a computer know it all, he helped me abunch a week or 2 ago
use dvdrip to make it into .avi file and then cut it up as wish with various software. All this can be done for free. Just google it out.

LA,
I cannot figure out how to load the .TOOLs...where do they go?
This little program looks pretty good for what you need:
HandBrake

I used avi.NET and it ripped all 30 takes we did (I have no future as a newsreporter) into ine large .avi file. I then used Windows Movie Maker to cut the only good take we got. A real pain.
Thanks all.
