I can't fight, can't view forums, it all goes horribly slow one time and then I get a speed burst.
tracert is giving me a lot of timeouts
i would send a log of your tracert to your isp then, sounds like it is on their end.
Seems whenever i get out of a game, right when i maximize the CB window, my chat reconnects.
Wonder if these are related at all.
