Don't worry same guy hits me, not much you can do about it.
those clan bonuses do not come free! rest assured though that if the person does this all of the time, they are getting pretty sorry challenge bonuses and if you are fighting up you will close the gap between you and them all the faster and probably even pass them up eventually.
that person also has no bonus, you will likely be able to beat them in no time, especially if you are using all of your ba per day.
