I am sending my named RoE to Lochnivar. He agrees to pay me for use of the RoE and will send it back when he is done using it.
He agrees to:
1. Not lend out/send my tat to anyone else.
2. Send it back if he takes a break from CB longer then a week.
3. Pay me what he feels is a fair amount for its use on a weekly basis. Basically, I am not making him commit to a rate as the going market rate for such loans changes weekly in this community. I trust Loch to pay what he feels is necessary and I am not currently using the tat anyway.
