and if someone take advantage of it by doing it like 3-5 times, would you still get reset/fined?
i think he BS it 100% NW and dis enchanted for more money and repeat.
He would be shocked when he log back in.

Wait, what? I took this opportunity to disenchant my HOC (had it at +9... trying to bring it down to fight encumbrance). Were we not supposed to use the feature yet? Do I have to re-enchant it up to +9?

The "disenchant" feature was bugged at the very start, and it was giving MORE cash than NW difference. I believe I was the only one to report it as bugged before it was (very soon) fixed.
By repeatedly disenchanting/re-enchanting you could theoretically pile up huge amounts of CB$ out of nowhere.
He did that repeatedly.
By failing to report the bug, while at the same time blatantly exploiting it, he earned himself a shiny reset (which pretty much equals to a ban, since I doubt he plans to restart it all from scratch).
I didn't realize that. I guess I missed your message. I can say that I didn't do any re-enchanting, and I just disenchanted I think one item (the HOC). I don't know how much I got back, but it was somewhere under half a mil.
