Idea: Tattoo Disenchantment (in General)

Can the Disenchantment process extend to tattoos, with the 65 percent NW return? The tattoo can then revert to base value. This will be useful for people wanting to keep money on hand while starting an NCB, for buying all that expensive BA. The re-inking feature and cost will stay unaffected.

Why would you be able to make money off a tattoo? It levels up through exp, not money. And I don't ever see you being able to disenchant a tattoo for exp. Get a RoE.

The tattoo also has no effect on the new 'system'. The item disenchantment seems pretty much in place to help people adjust their 'oversized' items. You don't need to do that with tattoos.

There is a giant shortage of large tattoos. Disenchanting is not a good idea.

Huh? Nobody can afford to buy them anyway... there have been plenty of them but they don't sell in Auction's so people end up selling them in the store to at least make SOME money from them.

You do realize that we are talking about 3mil+ level tattoos right? The only one on sale in the last 6 months I've played here is Soxjr's tatt. I don't see him selling it in much of a hurry too... There is plenty of money and not enough big tatts to buy to be honest..
