AoI, DBs, RoBF, stacking test results (in General)

Evasion stats for AoI/RoBF/DB stacking combinations.
AoI: no matter what, added 0 minus to hit. When used by itself, the evasion field was blank.
RoBF: 32 by itself. Its NW is 34M. 1/3rd of 34M in translates to +88 DBs.
DBs: +82 named, so it -should- be granting 86. Log shows 85 for some reason.
RoBF + DBs: 89.

There are two choices for named DB/RoBF stackage.
Choice 1a: Named DBs are treated as the DB size they function as.
+32 DBs: 917,142
+85 DBs: 10,256,868
total NW: 11,174,010
Final value: +87

Choice 1b: The boots are actually treated as +86.
+86 DBs: 10,559,303
total NW: 11,476,445
Final value: +88

Choice 2: The unnamed PTH is used, then the naming bonus is applied postcombination.
+82 DBs: 9,380,998
Total NW: 10,298,140
Final value: +85
After naming: +89 (assuming correct naming bonus, 88 if not)

So assuming the second choice AND that the +82 DBs are actually being treated as +86, rather than the displayed +85, stacking appears to be working correctly. Since I used the exact values of equivalent DBs rather than the unknown exact amount of NW granted by the RoBF, the - error in both choices may lie there. The issue remains that the AoI grants nothing at all in terms of minus to hit.
Summary:
Bug 1: RoBF evasion is some paltry 2.7% of the total NW. Well known.
Bug 2: AoI doesn't grant the advertised -20 in any context--not even by itself.
Bug 3: Inaccuracy in the RoBF + DB final - value. Most likely a result of what I stated above.
Bug 4: My +82 named DBs display as 85 evasion, rather than 86. Perhaps Jon made some rounding down error in the evasion display calculation?

So my 84 mil nw Robf grants 46 evasion effect.... sounds a bit off to me... maybe its about time to get this looked at as well... considering using a robf of that size is like wearing a pair of 28 ml DB for 127-128 effect.
