Cant change my theme (in New players)

From what i see i am still a supporter, i get 25 in my list and get a black market vote, but i don't have the advertisement option, or the theme option. I set it the last time i played like 2 yrs ago , but now it's 1/2 the original red Theme and a blue one i had before.

those are the only options i see, the FAQ says the options should be in here?

Yeah, there was a theme revamp. It's half-complete, so we can't really edit our themes right now...
