Trading with central bank (in General)

I was strolling through the list of top 50 BTH and see that central bank has a named one, pretty big one for the smaller peeps between us.
Now, as the title says, is there any way of we could insta our equipment up with those repossessed?
Am I being too silly now?

Doubt this'll happen. Jon uses the Central Bank to remove items from the game, presumably with no intention of re-releasing.

there is no re releasing here, it's an insta only.
And central bank only downgrades, so there's always 1 item going back to the bank and along with it some cash.
I thought it might be a good addition to our current means for the cash sink problem, if there still is such a problem.

How can Central Bank determine a fair price for that insta? You can't simply auction it...

a fair price can be determined through public auction, in fs/wtb for example.
