Bonuses, equivalent effort and win rates (in General)

Here's something that's just occured to me while perusing my characters abysmal win ration. ;)

The bonuses are designed to make you reach 95% of the Top MPR, with equivalent effort.

The focus of equivalent effort, as I've always considered it was B expenditure. But it should also (exlcuding Clan bonuses..) be win rates as well, shouldn't it?

If the Top spot has a 100% win ratio, then I wouldn't expect anyone not also having a 100% win ratio, and equivalent BA usage to have a rat tail of getting to 95%.

And currently, this seems to hold out. LA (now the Top MPR?) has a much smaller win ration to Ranger. Yet surpassed him thorugh using the RoE.

But, here's my question. If the RoE wasn't a factor, is there any way, any way at all, that a new character, fighting up the ranks can get a win ratio equal to the Top Spot?

LA couldn't versus Ranger.

And now LA is top, will al the new bonus characters be calibrated to reching his win ratio to get to 95%? Which they probably won't. And if somone uses a RoE to surpass him, won't that lower the bar even futher?

:/

win ratio is a useless stat. Since you tend to get beat on a lot more if you are in a clan, and people will only generally fight you if they know they can win almost 100% of the time, you will have better win rate if you refrain from participating in clan. Ranger also has a lower win rate simply because very few people can beat him for a long time. It's not an objective stat and easily manipulated one at that.

"Ranger also has a lower win rate simply because very few people can beat him for a long time"

One of the points really.

The Top spot, you could really assuem to be able to beat more than can beat them. The guys fighting up, not the same.

Sure, you can tailor lists and such, but if you aren't winning as many of the BA as you spend as the guy you're trying to catch, you'll never have equivalent effort.

:/

Your win percentage certainly has to be the same/better.

Your win ratio? Not so much, since it accounts for the wins of others.

You also have to consider that we can challenge up, the person on top cannot. If its possible to beat someone 3 times your mpr while you are growing, you are obviously getting more base reward per ba than what the top person was getting back when he was at a similar mpr.
