anyone else get this? (in General)

I logged in just now to burn the last of my experience time BA. Somehow I accumulated 23 BA since the last time I logged on. Seems to be that at some point I got 2 BA per 20 minutes instead of 7. I have noticed odd numbers like this before, just never said anything. I'm assuming this is some kind of bug...

Ah, thanks... I suppose it pays to look for answers sometimes, and I have been around long enough that I should probably know this, I guess I'm just lazy.
