In the Single CoC Mage Strat section it says "The AoI is to boost the evasion provided by the DB's." However, in the AoI section it says "Secondary effect: The AoI gives flat negative 20 Points-To-Hit (similar effect like of +20 db's) but does not stack Evasion and/or with Displacement Boots." So...does it stack with Db's or no?
I believe Jon said a little while ago, in response to the 20 -PTH from the AoI not showing up in the Evasion spot of the battle stats, that AoI is separate from DB/Evasion, and it just gives a flat -20 to PTH.
Or something like that. Can't remember exactly.
So it does stack? It just does not give evasion levels?

That should be the change log page from whence the following comes;
found it! :D
"AoI is not evasion, it just applies to to-hit calculations similarly"
And from the original Changelog;
"BTW, the +10 on the AoI is just so the PR effect works out the way I want... it's equivalent to +20 DB in its effect on PTH."
So no matter what else you're wearing/have trained, the AoI will reduce PTh (and if in excess Dex based CTH?) by flat -20.

hope that helped
