Rough progress meter: 62.087%

we agreed on 80%. Both forge fees and NW gain will be pro-rated.

Thus I will receive 55% * NW gain + 45% forge fees.

The NW difference is 581,763 and I pay 15% forge fees so that would be 256K (for NW increase) + 39K (for 45% of forge fees) = 295K.

This should not take long.
