Clan "New Clan Bonus" is now open to all new players. I'll do my best to make a bonus, and you can join this clan until you find a really tops one that will accept you.
Clan policy is "Open" - however, if you join this clan with a character older than the clan's creation date, you will be promptly booted out.
The exceptions to this are newbies who - just- started a few days previous to this post/clan creation.
So if you need a clan, feel free to join clan NCB!
