PL + TSA minion (With as much natural HP trained as possible!).
RBF damage? PL + TSA. CoC? PL + TSA. Ex Shots? PL + TSA.
WooT!

I have a ruder answer than that.

Spread damage tends to overload and overwhelm PL pretty quickly. If your team isn't centered around damage reduction, even with craploads of HP, your regen will be laughable in comparison to the damage it takes... With the proper layers of damage reduction, yes... PL+TSA=pwn...
It is very powerful, more so since the recent changes, probably so many with PL are using it.
Extra minions were a Given. ;) ToE here, MGS there, 477 AC, 20HP AoI minion for Decay. :P But they can be tailored to your hearts content.
Just make sure you include a PL + TSA minion. ;)

Well I think the problem is that the TSA is the ONLY way to regain HP. Introduce some other sort of healing and maybe it could be different... but as of right now..
GL you are totally right.

Hatchet, you aren't wrong. However, CoC is the only thing with enough spread (and perhaps a huge SoD...) FB is weak...in fact, the spread is what MAKES PL more powerful, because the blows are smaller and all fit under the PL level. A PL level of 400-500K is more than enough to absorb for a whole team!
So yes, I would say CoC is the one strategy that stands a chance against it, but even it can run into problems.
FB is just about useless after the recent ranged changes (without concomitant drop in ToE, TSA, and PL effectiveness in ranged).
It's truly a defensive game now. Not bad, considering that the game was all offense back in the day... It's just that damage reduction seems so samey and dull (my opinion, anyway).

if it were per-round, rather than per-hit, tanks would stand a chance as well.
CoC?
1: MGS
2: AMF + Corn
3: PL + TSA
4: MGS
(Or as close to 477AC as you can get on one minion. Plus a ToE or RBF of course!)
;)
Next! :P

Well, CoC hits damn hard, even with all that, and even with using NSes to combat the AMF... I guess I meant to say it at least stood more of a chance as far as the spread-fires go. *smile*

You'd have a better chance with two AMFs I think
