I was thinking about a CB Pawn shop cause a lot of people are in Debt like me :P and we could take some Items to the Pawn Shop and get money but if we don't pay it back the shop Keeps it.

Except for the shop keeping track of your debts and potentially taking your item...
It's not exactly the same... damn if it isn't still hilarious though.
