Encumb vs. Encumb 0.0 (in General)

*Anyone know why ENC sometimes shows nothing, and sometimes shows 0.0? What's the difference and why is it important to show 0.0; or is it just a stupid waste of space?
In the second P-bs I have one less AC and evasion, and my ST/DX stats are crippled. The character Bleys has a 1.8M EC which would put me at 1.9M ST/DX.

Rounding?

You're most likely fighting somebody with EC trained (2+ mil effect by the looks of it).
Your dropped ST makes you *barely* reach the encumbrance limit, as shown by the 1/234 drop in AC... you're getting a roughly 0.004 encumbrance penalty, which does indeed round up to display as 0.00

"The character Bleys has a 1.8M EC which would put me at 1.9M ST/DX."

If you were reading that off the "character attribute" stats list, you should know it lists trained level, not effective level. He also has a named Corn equipped.
Enable play-by-play and look how much he actually casts the EC at.
Or, alternatively, if that's the number you get from play-by-play, then it's some sort of display bug... because you do suffer from an effect of 2.27+ mil EC

"Brand cast Ethereal Chains on all enemy Minions (1819058)"

That's from PBP. And if he didn't have the MgS, PL, AMF, SoD, or MH, I so woulda pwned the newest member of the 6/20 club... :P

Then there's something wrong... either with the display in PBP (could be EC value is displayed incorrectly when named corn is involved, it's a long shot, but you never know) or with the encumbrance ST/DX penalty calculation (unlikely, since AC is affected just the way it should be, but again, could be).
