Toggle- Auto-opponent (in Off-topic)

Hello everyone,

Please read all before using

Some of you have shown to dislike the auto-opponent feature. And since it appears we won't be getting the option to turn it off any time soon, I've made a quick bookmarklet for you. The bookmarklet is far from perfect and was only worked on 1 day.

Tested on Firefox 2.0.0.14: Right click on link > Bookmark This Link...
Toggle Auto-Opponent

Tested on Opera 9.27: Right click on link > Bookmark link...
Toggle Auto-Opponent

Tested on IE 7: Actually, it doesn't work entirely as expected...YET. The problem is not with IE, but with CB. So don't be flaming IE (unless you really want to). If you can make it work, then please share.

Known "Bugs"
  1. Doesn't work when you come across a botcheck. This is due to the way that the current auto-opponent feature is implemented.
  2. Most likely will not work when connections/fights are long.
When I say it will not work, nothing is broken. It will continue to function when you fight.

How to use:
After you save it as a bookmark, just run the bookmark when you're on CB. You have to click on the Fight link for it to not to advance to auto-opponent. If you want to use auto-opponent, just use the Enter key. Thus, you get the best of both worlds.

How to get rid of:
Just refresh the sidebar, and ONLY the sidebar. Don't spam chat please.

Nice to know it's helpful. Thanks for using it. ^_^

Hmm, that's odd. It doesn't work for me. 2.0.0.14 Firefox, no unusual addons unless AddBlockPlus is causing a problem.
It appears that it's being truncated here:
; setTimeout("window[

Can you post the whole JS as text so I can update the bookmark properties ?

Apologies, the link was malformed.

That seems to work now, but always says "off" in the alert box when I use the bookmark... That's OK that it always turns it off, though, since a simple browser refresh sets everything back (on).

Nice work!
