I don't understand how people are complaining about people using USD to their advantage when the rate keeps going down, making it easier for them to get more and more CB for the same USD amount. Make it any lower, i might think about making an NCB and using USD to buy BA everyday...
I don't see why shouldn't you.

No kidding. The rate is extremely low - which means newbies have to pay out the rear for supportership, or anyone else who can't afford namings and such themselves. =\
Ah well though. Such is life! USD is king.
it's actually a logical happening since the $US->NW race has been... encumbered
well I can say USD has an influence on any game, just look at wildguns, Ranger started later in that game, but thanks to USD spending you can buy resources and you get a bonus, thanks to that he is now the number 2 guy in highscores so. Yes USD changes a game a lot.

For some very odd reason, I don't really think USD spending has caused his boost up to the top. I mean, I suppose its only fair t o assume that several members of say.. the KOR alliance have also kept their premium accounts and resource bonuses going. and yet, none of them tops Ranger. For the moment anyway.
well you can actually buy resources, so that is a major boost. Now what Ranger does with his money, I really don't care. But you see it does has some influence.
Games trully favor the rich :P
But games like wildguns, the USD conversion rate does not change, which is the point of this thread... The rate has dropped down, which makes more people use USD, and makes it easier for those who already use USD.
In that game, the rate doesn't change because only 1 person benefit from it. This is two different things.
I don't understand why you think attitudes to USD spending in game would have anything to do with the exchange rate.
