Why does my char keep getting retired? (in General)

My char AngelBank (storage/rental char) keeps getting retired again and again? This are its stats:

Any explaination?

Same thing happens to Dr. Abigail all the time too. Same really low score/PR/MPR.

Fire the minions, that'll fix it.

or... slap on a base named bow that really works well.
Ow and the little fact that you only won one battle out of a hundred has something to do with it.
