Possible UC bug? (in General)
I'm hitting people a lot. I'm not missing evasion minions. I can hit dudemus, and Proteus 4, a solid and consistent one time per melee round each. JS has on some big DBs and an AoI and an RoBF, and I occasionally double-hit him.
JS pointed out that, since he has about 230-ish minus PTH, my 247 level UC and my slight DX advantage over him shouldn't be giving me double-hits against him. Should I be getting more than 87% DX-based cth against him, really?
For dude and proteus, I think I'm at a DX disadvantage against both, given the amount of defensive DX that Evasion confers. I have about just over 3mil DX, so I figure I'm at about 3/5ths of their defensive DX. That gives me, what, a 20% cth? Less? then I have 247 UC PTH, minus whatever their Evasion effects are, and it comes out to right around 100 cth.
I've heard rumors about one-handed weapons having a higher base cth than 2-handed weapons. Is UC given an even better base cth, due to the fact that no weapon-wielding is needed at all? Or does a portion of the UC level double as extra offensive DX, in the same way that Evasion offers defensive DX?

Against my evasion when at an effect of 180, CC double hits my mage in the first round of melee. Not sure if that's a bug or not, just putting that out there for additional data.
The level effect is abou 3.6 milion.
UC gets 1.2x its lvl as pth, and base to-hit of 50 (in between 1h and 2h)
Added to-hit data to post-battle stats.

on a side note I think threads in which Jon has posted should have italic titles...
So, I'm confused on this. How is it affecting vs other teams? My NCB, C Easy Kill, has been unable to hit teams about 10k under my MPR. My ELB is only a +21 but I have a Dx advantage over all of them as far as I can tell unless I'm seriously missing something.
And if I'm reading that right, I might as well just go UC now.

Weren't people saying UC was underpowered once you get past 100k MPR, back when I started this NCB? Does anyone still feel it needs a buff?

PTH is not damage done. The biggest issue with UC is that when you hit, it's a weak punch. Combine that with the fact that you are spreading XP between HP, ST, DX, and UC, and there's an overall weak character in comparison to a straight tank.

it does seem to be a robf killer though. our rock, paper & scissors triad is becoming more multi-faceted it appears.

So OB beats me because he has 204 PTH plus a DX advantage over me.
Speaking of which, is maximum DX advantage cth still 160, to be added onto the "melee bonus to hit" number? I.E., do I actually have 456 effective cth against 20 DX non-Evasion enchanters?
