New Spell Idea: Blood Rites (in General)

Trained at a level similar to prot, but steeper.. (not sure of the level structure, but this seems like a fun ED)
Increases all damage dealt by your team by the percent of the number and increases all damage taken by the double that percent.
So if you have a Blood Rites of (15) you'd do 15% more damage and take 30% more.
I got more coming. Trust me on that :P
simply boost DD is the way to go, to overcome AMF and boost through "No cap" Mgs.
My PL wall has over 200mil enc available. It would be dangerous if lots of it goes into Mgs.
tank has GS, Haste - mage has spell booster. fair ?

doesnt seem fair tanks cant ALWAYS hit like mages. Plus they can miss a entire battle
