My idea is something along the lines of "feather-blow" or "pinpoint-shot"
Basically a skill for tanks which reduces melee damage output by 10-20% but gives a bonus to pth on a curve twice the size of evasions.
It needs a steeper curve than most skills because it's boosting equips.
It probably needs a cap to stop people from getting a +2XX weapon and tossing another 3digit bonus on top of it.
