Final damage-related changes (in Changelog)

Decreased Steel Skin requirements to 1/8 of HP to max.

Increased RBF magic resistance by 20%.

Increased ES and VB base damage by 4.

So the RoBF is back to a flat magic damage reduction now?

Because I can't beat any RoBF teams I used to, which shouldn't be happening if it's still percentage based.

Hm, same here... igot now lasts 9 rounds against me, which I think is even more than before the RBF changes? Just checking... If that's how it is, that's how it is I guess...

That's with an 8 million level MM and 0.48 AMF on him... So, if that backlash is around 750K, that means the damage I do should be around... 1.5 million? And it does no damage?

You got a decimal point off, or the flat cap was turned back on in addition to the percentage reduction -- he is stronger now that before all the changes.

RBF has too high of damage resistance now imo. Somewhere inbetween where it was pre-final change and last change would be best imo.

I have a pretty good sized FB and am hitting for zilch through most of ranged with it against RoBF teams I used to be able to beat.

The new RBF DD damage reduction shouldn't be able to reduce damage to zero any more.

It's a percentage reduction. You shouldn't be getting 0 damage at all.
