Is it supposed to be the UC effect?
If so, the Combat Gi is broken, and giving me +100 UC (woot x100 +120 weapon for a base item and no NW increase!) instead of the +10 it should.
Somehow I don't think I'm supposed to be hitting for 1,600 damage with 300 STR and a base UC. ;)
