Strat help (in General)

Well, I'm going to be starting a new ncb once my current one ends and although its not a good idea at the moment, I'm going to run a tank team again. I was playing with the idea of using an ros and here's what I came up with.

4 minion team
1st minion: full ablative uses corn, AoL, BoF
2nd minion: archery tank, about 30% put into hp and dex, rest into str and archery, uses mageseeker and str/dex boost equips
3rd minion: ethereal chains, base ga, corn, ros
4th minion: ethereal chains, just enough vampiric aura

I'm currently trying to decide what melee weapon to use, I have my BoTH, which I could continue using, though I think VB or an ELS, or even a BoNE would be more effective since vb has the highest chance of hitting now thanks to gloves of mercy, and the other two will get much more damage which will probably even out to the same amount of life gain.

The concept behind this is that the double ec would be enough to null most tanks, or at least lower the damage so that my tank could get to melee and run rampant with vampiric aura. Then vs mages, I'm not sure, but I think that ga would return a lot more damage than amf with a 4 minion spread, which would make the mage more susceptible to my mageseeker. Vs robf, I guess I'm just going to play networth vs evasion and hope I win out.

All comments are welcome, I know there are probably a lot of holes with this strategy so any criticisms would help.
