I want to play around with my UC level with the free retrain that is currently in effect, and I was hoping that someone could let me borrow a ~5mil ish ToA for 1-3 hours some time around 5 server time tonight? You know, just once you're done burning your BA or whatever. I'll gladly pay the xfers for the loan (loaning is much cheaper than a perma-transfer both ways). Can anyone help me out?

A Tattoo of Augmentation lvl 3,867,850 owned by NewLeviathan (Vistek) is the largest ToA in the game at the moment... so I believe you might have a little bit of trouble finding a 5 mil ToA - unless you're also willing to pay for the reinking fees.
And even then, there's very little 5 mil tattoos lying around.
