A change character bug (in General)

Hello my good fellow Cbers, I have a small problem. I dont seem to be able to change my char from my main to my smaller char. I have tried refreshing and clearing my data but no good. So guys and gals......any help?

close your browser, restart and try again. that usually fixes it for me.

tried that and still doesnt work......i guess i can always restart the whole computer to see if it can work.....

restarted computer and still cant change char.....

do you have more than one browser to try in? if not, i would clear cookies and see if that helps. not sure what else to tell ya though.

alas....rested the whole computer for a few hours and cleared the cookies but still cant changed into my smaller chars! can someone help me......, please.....pretty please?

p.s. i need to get my hoc on my smallest char!

which character are you trying to switch to?

Copy and paste that into your browser
Then add the character ID to the end of the url
You can get the character Id from the inspect pages.

I may know the problem:

Were you on the "Equip" page when you were trying to change characters? If that's the case, you need to hit equip again for it to refresh to the changed character.
