What factors affect Melee Base-To-Hit (in Post Battle Stats) and what does it mean?
If I had 100 MBTH, does that mean I would hit once per round (assuming my melee Bonus-to-Hit was 0, and no opponent evasion)?

i think it means you will hit 100% as long as your dex is higher.

After some fighting, the only way I can seem to alter my MBTH is by switching from a 1-handed to a 2-handed weapon (goes from 60 to 40), untraining DX does nothing. Is the lack of DX just not displayed in post-battle stats?
BTH is your % chance to hit at equal dex.

If that is the case, does that mean that, at equal DX, I only have a 60% chance to hit with a 1-handed weapon? That seems kind of low...
A recent changelog seems to indicate that it should be 160 and 140 for 1- and 2-handed weapons respectively. Is it not displaying correctly, is it broken, or am I just misinterpreting the information?
160 and 140 are the max for dex-based CTH. Your + is still taken into account.

"160 and 140 are the max for dex-based CTH. Your + is still taken into account. "
The + from my weapon is displayed as the Melee Bonus-to-Hit in the post-battle stats, so as far as I know that looks correct.
I am assuming that, with a 1-handed weapon, I should be able to get a Melee Base-to-Hit of 160. But I can only get 60, regardless of the level of my DX, or who my opponent is. When it displays 60, does it actually mean 160, or is there something else I am missing?
The base is used to calculate the dex CTH. The base is not the dex CTH.
