Why can't you junction a pair of CML to a JKF without a penalty? Why should an MgS give a penalty to magic or UC when it's Junctioned? I thought it eliminated negative effects?

hehe maybe Jon treat the eliminate all spell thing as an attribute of MGS, not a negative :D
A negative is like -x%
As for UC, -5 from shield might also be an attribute specifically to UC, there is no exception, even for the new shield.
