No love to forging =(( (in General)

Ah yes, another changemonth passes with no love to forging. Along with all the recent changes to ALL of the elven gear, one of the most popular weapons in the game the ELB can no longer be forged, indirectly 'nerfing' forgers who relied on ELBs for income (they were easy to forge too). Unless you are a NUB forger, forging largely sucks (with a NUB its like winning the lottery with every BA), is slow and pays little. So again, I make my case: some love to forgers?

NUB forging bonus was removed a while back. now, to be a NUB forger, you are either an idiot, or incapable of fighting above -40% challenge bonus (yeah, negative 40 :P) ~_^

But I'd agree that efficiency needs to be moved up a little bit. It's still difficult to make more money as a forger than as a fighter without charging over 75%. Luckily though, with the DE introduction, and now all the new items, people have craploads of extra cash in many cases and a handful of new items they cant wait to test out. So this makes for steady business for current forgers.

Increase efiiciency by 5-10%, and forging will have more of a purpose than it currently does, as those forging would make more money, charging the same rates, and those in need of getting items upped would be more likely to turn to forgers, due to their being faster and more plentiful than before ^_^

Forging DID get an indirect buff this changemonth.


Fighters now make 5% LESS money Therefore, in comparison, you're making more. Granted... That's hardly what forgers were looking for, but it is a tiny bit of good =)
