Jon: Please Fix Rentals (in General)

Are you serious? Please fix the Rentals bug somebody. It has been brought up a dozen times in chat/forums.

Im tired of not being able to see all my items without messing with the rentals page for 15minutes fixing/uncheckng//rechecking/changing things.
Sorry if I sound rude, but it's making me very irritable.

Known problems:
You cannot change the Min NW
The sort my highest NW box, should be a circle.
It automatically auto-check sort my highest nw when filtering after you cannot change lowest NW.

Is this purposly being overlooked? Or am I the only one that has this problem?
