...still, when I look at Pandaman and see the 3 mil MPR, considering we started at almost the same time... doesn't look all that impressive in comparison :(

gratz! i just took mine past a couple of days ago; we've been running neck and neck pretty much.
Dude, so many consider me a "top player" in many respects, and I've still never ever ever hit 2m MPR since I've been playing. Panda Man had advantages in the forms of USD use, and previous knowledge of the game. For someone just starting out, I'd say you did a damn fine job! Especially without the fightlist (although, that is definitely something you should think about getting :P).
