Vodavi phone systems (in Off-topic)

If anybody knows anything about Vodavi phone systems, I could use some help. I'm trying to reprogram all the stations so that they automatically pick up line 1, or next available line, when the handset gets lifted, as opposed to the semi-random line they pick up now. According to the manual, it should be programmable using automatic line access - but they never mention how to program that. I may be able to backdoor around that by using CO line groups - but that part o the manual may as well be written in ancient greek for all the good it does me.

Figured it was worth a shot to ask here. Other places I've asked have told me to hook up a phone line to the remote access port and, for a 'small' fee, they'll do the job for me.

But they won't tell me how to do the job myself.
