Strat Advice (in General)

Lets see if I can get any help by posting my requests here.

I was wondering if I should untrain SG, and reink my familiar, at this point since my team currently only makes it to Melee against three or four teams. I was thinking of going MM to give myself more damage in Ranged.

Any help?

SG is a rather powerful spell to abandon at the moment.

If ranged weapons are what's hurting you, you could always slap a pair of DBs on your front minion. It wont help with Mageseeker bows, but it will verses Elven Long Bows and Slings of Death.

Maybe I wasn't specific enough. I -don't- make it to melee because my team does too much damage in ranged. My SG familiar/minion duo is useless to me except for maybe three teams who I could beat with CoC.

If you don't make it to melee then use fireball.
