I have a 8GB Ipod Touch and my battery dies after a whole day of charging...is there something wrong with my battery? or what?
Mine had that same problem. Try restoring it and recharging. If that doesnt work send it in and they will give u a new ipod if it's still under warrenty and there is clearly something wrong.
I went through best buy and it was some fo the worst technical support ever, they tried telling me things I already knew, so eventually they sent me a new one, which had a hard disk problem, so this one i have now is my 3rd touch and it works perfectly, so it may take awahile to get back in the touch game.
If you recharge the ipod too many times before the battery life is completely depleted, the battery life gets shorter.

If you are charging it on your computer sometimes it wont charge correctly, try draining the battery then charging it through a wall charger.
