am i the only one who thinks decay should work with enc?... i mean all DD spells work with enc other then decay which dies to 0.01 enc -.-
it's not hard to prevent a mage from becoming encumbered :P Besides, when it works, it's a beautiful thing. Round 1 of melee vs. Freed:
not my AS on the line's Decay hit Cocka [3933127]
so not GA's Decay hit Cocka [1966564]
not my junction dude's familiar touches Cocka [574061]
That's 6.2k XP, 6.2k XP, and a lvl 3.6m familiar (would cost over 43m XP to put on a minion) :P
Only if they make it into melee, tho >_>

I don't see why it should really be an issue except on a junction minion. But I also don't really think it'd cause a lot of harm to let it work, especially if you scaled down the damage based on the ENC level.
