Sorry for the unhelpful title. I think it would be nice if not somewhere else, that when chat welcomes a new player it should say something like "Ask any questions right here in chat if you're stuck" just to let them know right off the bat. As when most of them join, chat seems dead. To be honest it is dead, but that's okay. There are still people there to answer a question.
Sorry for wasting your time if there's already a message (not in chat) regarding this. I just thought it'd be useful as a lot of people don't want to wait for a forum reply or filter through the newly found wiki.
