And don't you forget it, punk.
Now go make daddy some money. Back to the streets with you!
Music isn't dead, just that popular mainstream music is terrible, and overexposure to it can turn your brain into mush. :)

Go classical music! Go Rachmaninov!
>.>

I play piano for those who don't know, so I'm sort of a classical freak. If you're really eager, you can search up a video or two of me pianoing.

Franz Ferdinand, System Of a Down, Serj Tankian, Crazy Loop, Matisyahu, E-type, Modest Mouse, Muse, O-Zone, and Royksopp are some of my favorites
Oh! Cool, a thread to let go of a bit of my musical anguish.
I think I'm going to die pretty soon if I don't get Metallica's next album.
Death Magnetic's the name. It sound freaking awesome. Not that I did not like their last one, but heh...you know.
On the subject of today's music...the problem is that anybody can get famous nowadays. WEB 2.0 is gonna be the downfall of music. Too many prospects, not enough TALENT. And that's regardless of genres. I can even feel the decline in music genres I despise, like RnB.
Music=Lollipop?
Bah, music can be lollipop'ed and be good. the problem is, they ("musicians") botch even their lollipopness nowadays.
Music=Myspace. That is the source of the crisis our ears have to endure right now, in my opinion.
So, yeah, more unfocused ramblings by yours truly.
Have a good night, folks :P
Oh, and Symphony X is my band of choice right now. Musical mastery not seen since the days of that strange kind of music Pixel mentioned.
All IMO, of course.
