Im trying a new strategy, of a tank and a mage/enchanter, but im unsure whether to keep the fire familiar I have or to change it to a steel familiar. So which one is better to use, FB or MM?
with more minions, and battling goinginto melee at times, MM is definitely your best choice ^_^

If you go with ranged wins (archer), I'd say go with a FB, since it helps "soften up" other targets, or even kill some before you get to that killslot.
If you go with endurance wins (melee tank), you'd probably be better off with either CoC (same idea as FB, only later) or SG (complements your melee tank nicely, especially against evasion minions, but not only that).
Heck, a CoC/SG in the front with a 1.0 Junction AOI could also work wonders on an archer tank.
MM is kind of underpowered, IMO, but that's just a personal preference.
